Sometimes it's hard to find time for ourselves in our busy lives but by reflecting on ourselves and our issues, we can better understand and equip ourselves with the awareness and skills to make positive changes in our lives, for the present and the future.
I offer one-to-one counselling using an Integrative approach. Together we have a unique space with time to explore your thoughts and feelings. You're not judged or criticised, but understood and accepted. We working together safely and with trust, so you can better understand yourself, better handle lifes difficulties and start to make the changes you want in your life.
Counselling gives us the chance to look at ourselves and change things for the better. I can help you:

I offer short and long term therapy, which is one-to-one. I can also offer phone and Skype counselling.
In addition to my private practice I also run a counselling charity and am a Tutor of Counselling.

From November 2015 - present - I founded Shine Counselling, a charitable organisation which provides counselling services to help children and young people who have experienced difficulties in their lives due to abuse or social problems. I am manager and lead counsellor.
From October 2015 - present - I provide tutoring and assessment / learning assistance to students undertaking the Level 2 Counselling Skills qualification with The Skills Network (a UK based college)
From October 2013 - present - I have held my private practice, Invivo Counselling, seeing a broad spectrum of clients, with a wide range of issues.
From September 2012 - January 2015 - I was a voluntary counsellor at the charity No. 5 Young Peoples Counselling Service, based in Reading. Established in 1971, No 5 provides invaluable counselling to young people aged 10-25, and has strong links with schools, colleges and the local community - www.no5.org.uk.
I am a founding member of Sheen Lane Counselling - a private counselling practice, founded in 2011, based at Sheen Lane NHS Practice in Surrey, through which I have worked with a wide variety of client issues providing both short and long term therapy.
I am also a member of Counselling Ltd, a UK charity which assists people on low-incomes to access help with mental health issues through local counselling.

I offer an initial 30 minute session or phone consultation free of charge so that we can explore your expectations of therapy and answer any questions you have. From there you can see if it's for you.
Individual counselling session - £40
Concession / negotiated individual counselling session - £30
50 minute Phone counselling session - £30
50 minute Skype / web-based counselling session - £30
Sessions are usually held weekly, although this is tailored to suit the needs of the client.
I believe counselling should be accessible to everyone who needs it and offer some sessions at negotiated fees for those clients on low income or social benefits.
